Ryobi 3300 PSI pressure washer won't pull with spark plug in. Last used a couple weeks ago. I tried to start, pull cord locked up, pulls about every 3rd pull. I had the water hooked up and tried pulling with the wand trigger engaged, no change. I took the spark plug out and it pulls without issue.No gas or oil comes out of the spark plug hole.
