We recently activated Workforce paystub delivery for a specific company. All company information is set up with specific information in the QuickBooks file (EIN, address, names, etc.). We set up cloud services with their unique passcode and sent the Workforce invite to the 8 employees. They each received an email:QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Select Lists, then Payroll Item List. Select Payroll Item dropdown, then New. Select Custom Setup, then Next. Select Wage , then Next. Select Annual Salary or Hourly Wages, then Next. Select Sick or Vacation Pay, then Next. Enter a name for the item, then Next. Note: If you use time off you can rename this item to TO.Go to Payroll, then select Employees. Click Add an employee. Add your employee's info, including their different email address. Lastly, choose Done.
