11-19-2018, 04:12 PM. Here is my home made press. It uses a 3.5" bore cylinder and a hydraulic hand pump. The gauge on the left shows pressure in an air reservoir connected to the retract side of the cylinder to give auto return without springs. Gauge on the right is hydraulic pressure.
