MGW makes a shoe SP 153 specific for the P365. I picked up one from Brownells and used it to replace my front sight to an Ameriglo ProGlo orange. No problem at all if you are used to using the MGW Sight-Pro pusher. You need to remove the rear slide plate and the striker to get the shoe into place (unlike the P320, for example)..
