The Mending Mod introduces the Mending Table that allows you to completely repair the durability of weapons, clothes and armor. It also adds a bill to the existing tailoring tables to recover materials from the things you don’t want to repair.

There’s a better way to deal with tattered clothing that does not require a mod. Adjust your clothing policies. Set all of them to require at least 51% condition for clothing. Colonists will automatically take off any tattered clothing and replace it. I suspect you’ve not used clothing policies, in which case you’ll only need to adjust ...
