Yeah but we're talking best weapon; livids easily the best weapon in terms of budget but in terms of best weapon the necron blades are likely the best regardless of how hard they are to get. you can get 1.5k dmg 500 str with valkyrie. 10k dmg 3.5k str in dungeons. It is worse than T6 enchants in 99.9% of all cases, as you would lose things like looting and syphon. Penguin has no clue for actually recommending OFA. SE generally better in 99% of all cases. 1.

Storm gives 5 less strength and crit damage but 50 more intelligence. The extra crit chance from ancient is really useful though if you aren't using livid dagger.
