For the short period of time when you could farm Sentients in Octavia's Anthem so I exploited that sh!t and killed a thousand Sentients (thank god I brought Ivara, which now that I think about it is even worse because I pickpocketed them too) and I got a single War Hilt and Blade (The only two I ever got to drop to this day).

Funny, this keeps slipping through the cracks. That's the third time they introduce a quest mission that allows farming Sentients. The previous 2 got patched out within the week. So as hilarious as their oversights are, if you want to use this trick I wouldn't procrastinate and do it now. Chances are this will be gone next week.
