Exits at S.R. 44 and County Road 495 were always on the books with an overpass at C.R. 486. Suncoast Parkway 2 (SR 589), Phase 2 is a new four-lane (two lanes in each direction), limited access tolled roadway that will extend the Suncoast Parkway northward from SR 44 to CR 486 (W.
