Passenger and freight rail and trains, including transit, in and related to New York City.MNR has the seats facing away from the middle while LIRR has the middle seats facing towards the middle. MNR’s design is both better but worse because it creates seats facing each other right by both doors as opposed to the one in the middle. Broadway to 5th Ave would probably make sense in terms of increasing Manhattan's capacity in the future (as well as your 10th Av suggestion). That'd be subways on 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, Park/Lex (4), and 2. The (N) is a merge nightmare, and has to split its throughout with the (W). The 4 is my favorite subway line, but I disagree with the 2, A, F, and N being in Great because they haven't been running too well in my experience. The N runs great. The F is slow, but it runs to useful places. The A is great when it shows up.

If anything maybe the MTA should experiment with a 5 car ...

The M does run on weekends, but only between Metropolitan Avenue-Middle Village & Essex Street. During late nights, it doesn’t go into Manhattan and terminates at Myrtle Avenue/Broadway. If you want to go into Manhattan during those hours, use the J or L. It also only uses 4 cars during late nights & weekends. 8.

The step up fair is rounded to the next whole dollar. So you'll pay for $10. I know that on Metro-North this would not be the case.
