I was first thinking about keep playing on TBC but Noggenfogger is 100% Horde, low population server and I’m alliance. On EU the only "real" RP server left is Argent Dawn, the rest are either dead or are RP realms only in name. There will be new servers where all characters start from level 1, and transfers blocked at least for 90 days. Exact dates not announced yet, but this is likely to happen with the pre-patch around Aug 2022. Honestly I think this would be the best option for you.Warmane is not highly regarded here at all. All but one of the realms is completely P2W, and the PvP is cross-realm so you'll be at a huge disadvantage anyways. Classic WotLK should be out within the next year or so, would be better to wait for that instead. Chromie is good, but it's vanilla WoW in the WotLK client.I would recommend Pyrewood Village (EU), really nice PVE server and lots of people doing low level content. Never an issue to find groups for quests or dungeons. Go US Heartseeker. It's a pvp server but it's 99% Alliance.Firemaw will likely have login queues at the release of the expansion and every major content release too. But it has a healthy population, you'll never have an issue finding a raid or arena partner. Earthshaker is pretty decent. It's a nice populated server. Any high pop server is likely to have more pvpers by virtue of having more people in general. You can also do some quick research by looking at the PvP ladders and seeing where the top players are. You can play on Khaz'goroth, that has a fair few horde on it. But the vast vast majority of oceanic players are Alliance on Frostmourne and connected realms. 1.
