As indicated in my original post, the email has NOT been mistyped. We go into Settings, Accounts and the MS email account auto populates. Then click on Manage and Enter and it indicates the account does not exist. We have also manually typed in the email into multiple MS account services and same thing. It does not even get to the password screen.
